Scott Bushkie founded Cornerstone Business Services in 2001 to give lower middle market owners a real chance at selling their business. 25 years later, Cornerstone's five-year average close rate sits at about 85%. Scott has personally advised on more than 250 transactions, appeared as a guest expert on CNBC and in The New York Times, and authored the book Finish Strong. He started DealCoach because he kept turning away small business owners who needed real M&A advice but didn't fit the fee structure of a traditional firm. Now they don't have to go it alone.

Dan Hansher is Co-Founder and Managing Director of DealCoach. He leads the product, methodology, and analyst team behind every EOV and BAMA. His background combines M&A advisory work with corporate operator experience, including leading marketing at a $900 million global adhesive distributor and directing a 22-brand integration following a $2 billion strategic acquisition. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
